IVM Development Corporation began its journey in 1997 as a specialized single proprietorship. Our initial expertise spanned mechanical construction, machine installation, civil and mechanical design, and civil construction.
In 2003, we elevated our structure to a corporation to better address growing market demands and complex challenges.
Demonstrating our commitment to growth and innovation, IVM took a bold step in 2013 by venturing into the chemical industry. This expansion led to the creation of a specialized Chemical Department, focusing on advanced chemical treatment solutions for wastewater and cooling towers.
